Introducing SmashMouth TV, Filmed Here In NW Indiana

I wanted to let you guys know that we have a super cool new YouTube channel being filmed right here in NW Indiana. It’s based out of SmashMouth Burgers and Pizza in Schererville. The channel is hosted by yours truly and Chef Joe Arvin, the master of the kitchen! Each week, Chef Joe will teach you how to create highly flavored and complex meals using the simple ingredients you probably already have in your cabinets. The idea is that you can make some awesome food if you just understand a little bit about “building flavor layers.”
